  • Should I leave my cooler bag on my doorstep at all times?

    Yes. If we have to use additional cooler bags because your’s is not outside your door, there will be an additional charge.

  • When do I receive my meals?

    Your meals are delivered Sunday through Thursday between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. If you are not home at that time, they will be left in the Fit Meals cooler bag at your doorstep.

  • Do you use high quality ingredients?

    Absolutely. We use only well sourced ingredients and prepare them in the most healthful and nutritious ways.

  • What types of meals do you deliver?

    Currently we have menus for Smart, Alpha, Paleo, Vegetarian and Athletes. These categories offer delicious selections that conform with the needs for each group. Customers who are generally interested in eating well while improving their nutrition may choose from any of the groups for a fit, healthy meal that tastes great.

  • How soon can you get your meals to me?

    We deliver daily in the Central Florida area. Your meals will arrive each evening. They will be fresh and delicious, ready for you to enjoy the next day.
